These Terms of Use apply to Lion's Den, the mobile and web app for the North Shore Hebrew Academy High School community. By using Lion's Den, you agree to use it responsibly and for school-related purposes.
Who May Use Lion's Den
Lion's Den is intended for authorized members of the NSHAHS community, including students, faculty, staff, administrators, and approved users. Some features may require a school account or administrative permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Lion's Den to harass, impersonate, mislead, or harm others.
- Attempt to access accounts, admin tools, or data you are not authorized to use.
- Upload or submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated to school use.
- Interfere with app security, data integrity, or school systems.
- Share private school information outside the school community unless permitted.
School Content
Schedules, announcements, athletics information, rosters, resources, calendar entries, and other content may change. Lion's Den is maintained as a helpful information source, but users should confirm important details with official school communications when needed.
School Materials and App Content
School names, logos, schedules, announcements, athletics information, resources, and related content are provided for use within the NSHAHS community. You may not copy, repost, modify, or redistribute app content outside the school community unless you are authorized to do so.
Accounts and Admin Access
You are responsible for activity under your account. Administrative features are limited to authorized users and should only be used for accurate school operations. Admin edits may be logged for accountability and troubleshooting.
Notifications
Notifications are provided for convenience. Delivery may depend on device settings, network conditions, and third-party services.
Third-Party Services and Links
Lion's Den may link to school resources, Google services, athletics links, calendars, forms, livestreams, and other websites. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Safety and Emergency Information
Lion's Den should not be used as the only source for urgent, emergency, or safety-critical information. Follow official school instructions and emergency communications.
Access Enforcement
Access to Lion's Den or specific features may be limited, suspended, or removed if an account is no longer authorized, if app access is misused, or if continued access could affect school systems, privacy, security, or operations.
Changes and Availability
Lion's Den may be changed, limited, paused, or discontinued at any time. Features may differ by platform, app version, account type, or permission level.
No Warranty
Lion's Den is provided as a school support tool. It is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or error-free operation.
