Parent Progress Reports Procedures

Procedures

  1. Click the “Parent Progress Report Online Form” link from Mazelnet.org -> Faculty Resources -> Parent Progress Reports menu bar.
  2. Fill in the form making sure to select Deficiency, Commendation or Memorandum. 
  3. Fill in the information about the student, class, dean, etc and click Continue
  4. Select checkboxes as appropriate and write your comments. Click Continue.
  5. When you get to the page with the report, click the down arrow on the upper right corner to save the file. Use the following naming convention: Grade, Student Last Name, First 3 of Student First Name, Class Name, Date, Report Type (D, C or M) as in: 10DrorTalAPCSPJan16C and Click Submit after it downloads.
  6. Print the report and place the copies in alphabetically order by student into each dean’s mailboxes. PRO TIP: You will likely see the download on the bottom of your browser that you can simply click on to open and then print from there.
Parent Progress Reports must be put into dean’s mailboxes by Monday at 11:59 PM or they will be held until the next week. There are NO exceptions.
