Procedures
- Click the “Parent Progress Report Online Form” link from Mazelnet.org -> Faculty Resources -> Parent Progress Reports menu bar.
- Fill in the form making sure to select Deficiency, Commendation or Memorandum.
- Fill in the information about the student, class, dean, etc and click Continue
- Select checkboxes as appropriate and write your comments. Click Continue.
- When you get to the page with the report, click the down arrow on the upper right corner to save the file. Use the following naming convention: Grade, Student Last Name, First 3 of Student First Name, Class Name, Date, Report Type (D, C or M) as in: 10DrorTalAPCSPJan16C and Click Submit after it downloads.
- Print the report and place the copies in alphabetically order by student into each dean’s mailboxes. PRO TIP: You will likely see the download on the bottom of your browser that you can simply click on to open and then print from there.
| Parent Progress Reports must be put into dean’s mailboxes by Monday at 11:59 PM or they will be held until the next week. There are NO exceptions. |
